The local weather authorities are forecasting 6" of snow on Monday.
I was finishing up a marathon grocery run at Publix, and the bagger struck up a conversation with, "So, you're stocking up for the snow?"
Not exactly, buddy. I told him I normally shop like this, and I really didn't need anything in my cart... that my family could survive for at least 6 weeks without me going to the grocery store if we had to.
There were too many good deals to be had today, I couldn't stop myself from grocery shopping.

*I can't think of a single person in my whole entire family who could use the gas prevention pills, but I got paid $1 to buy them, so I had to get them. LM might disagree with me.
(Items listed in purple will be donated to the local food pantry- I paid $0.48 for both jars of peanut butter this week.)
